RMF – ROTATING MAGNETIC FIELD of a CIRCULAR STATOR
Functionality and distinctive features:
- The model draws a picture of the field in a circular stator. A plane-parallel approximation of the field is used, where the field changes are the same in each cross-section of the stator;
- The field is constructed in a quasi-static approximation, i.e. at any point in time the field is a field of constant currents of the corresponding magnitude;
- The windings are arranged around the stator. The cross-section of the conductors is zero. The starts and ends of the windings are labelled with the corresponding letters;
- To configure the field, the values of current amplitude, phase and frequency can be changed. The number of winding turns and their arrangement around the stator makes it possible to increase the number of poles of the magnetic field;
